A poster summarising the "The Estimated Economic Contribution of Scotland’s Seed and Ware Potato Sectors" report produced as park of work package 1 - Economics. 

This report concluded that the Scottish potato industry had be underestimated in value previously, producing a new figure of contributing £5.2 billion to the UK economy (adjusted for 2025 figures).
